Where and when do we grow?

Our cabbage is grown in Yuma, AZ. Known as the Winter Salad Bowl of America, Yuma, AZ, provides ideal conditions for growing premium broccoli and cabbage during the winter months. With abundant sunshine, mild winter temperatures, and productive agricultural soils, the region offers an excellent environment for producing fresh, high-quality vegetables. Our grower has 200 acres planted consisting of both green cabbage. Harvest begins mid-December and continues until mid March.

How do we harvest, pack and ship?

We work closely with our farm to plan harvest dates and monitor harvesting throughout the season to ensure the highest quality. Our product is hand harvested and packed by size in the field then transported to the cooler for storage prior to shipping. Both Asian and Domestic cut broccoli crowns can be either iced or iceless and vacuum cooled. Every order is custom packed to the customers needs.
